Here are our return policies. Unfortunately, returns for a refund are not available. However, you may exchange your dress for a different size (if available) or choose another dress within 14 days. If neither option is suitable, you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card valid for one year, which you can use at any time.

Please note that all shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the buyer. The dress must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, without tears or any unpleasant odors. If the dress is not returned in its original condition, additional fees will be charged to the buyer, which vary depending on the item.
