Conditions d’utilisation

These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all deliveries from Mirsal Dress to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside of their trade or independent professional activity.

Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with Mirsal Dress, Owner: Özkan Leyla, 4 RUE SIGMUND FREUD, 44110 CHATEAUBRIANT, VAT ID: FR95790766273.

Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the button [“Buy” or “Order now”], you place a binding order for the products listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for purposes that are not predominantly related to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the statutory provisions. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will bear the return shipping costs.

Withdrawal Instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Your Name], [Your Address], Email: info@mirsaldress.com) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will issue a credit note in the form of a voucher* within fourteen days after receiving your return, which you can use for a future purchase at Mirsal Dress. The goods must be returned to us without delay and within fourteen days after the withdrawal. You will bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

Value Loss and Return Condition
You are liable for any value loss if this loss results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine their condition, characteristics, and functionality. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, free of signs of use and unpleasant odors (e.g., perfume or sweat). The original label must still be attached. Sale items are excluded from exchange.

Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory VAT and all price components. Shipping costs will be displayed to you during the checkout process.

Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer within the specified delivery area. If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer will bear the resulting costs. Entrepreneurs assume the shipping risk once the goods are handed over to the carrier; for consumers, this risk is transferred only upon receipt of the goods. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately, and a refund will be processed. Self-pickup is not possible; vouchers will be provided via email.

Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or Klarna.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online purchase contracts. More information is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Mirsal Dress is neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.

*Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other promotions. Resale to third parties is not permitted.
